At this point these 2 nope cards have cancelled each other. There are 5 nope cards in the deck. In this instance if you get the discard pile up or at least part of it before the nope goes out then you have beaten the nope. Player a plays attack card.
If you play any 5 cards that have different icons in the corners with instructions without instructions or any combination go through the discard pile to take any single card you d like. I made an 11 page print out that covers the basic rules on the first page and gives a short graph on breakdown for how many defuse cards and exploding kittens should be in the deck based on player count. Play various cards to skip your turn attack other players peek at the deck or secretly relocate an exploding kitten card. Any and all effects on those 5 cards are ignored.
